Occupy Wall Street Las Vegas style
When people seem troubled in Las Vegas we better take notice, our countries city of sin is all about forgetting your worries not bitching and screaming at the top of your lungs. It’s usually about taking bad gambles (Sorta like Wall Street and Big Business) and plain old, “having a good time.”
Photos on this page donated by Las Vegas photographer Wolynski, here she shows OWS protesters in the Las Vegas Strip.
Apparently some people in Las Vegas Nevada have had enough of the pathetic sell out games of big business and the crookedness of wall street and banks, “cash grabbers, etc.” People around the country and around the world want Washington DC insiders to start taking smarter/different forms of ”action” in these dark economic times. Guess when you owe the bank 300,000.00 on a home that is worth 125,000.00 it’s kind of hard to afford the Vegas style all you can eat buffets.
The people of Nevada and many other states are following in the footsteps of their brothers and sisters of the “Occupy Wall Street movement” in New York City, with marches in Up-town Las Vegas and Downtown Las Vegas. We are told there are also wall street occupiers on UNLV grounds too.
Las Vegas Occupy Wall St: Looks like regular Joe Americans to us.
The OWS crowd appears to made up of all types of hard working Americans and “not all hippies,” like some in the major media outlets would like us to believe. And, anyways, what’s wrong with hippies? Hippies are as American as Apple Pie Baby. In America we get to choose who we want to be, right? United We Stand! Who knew that all those boring days in history class would lead us to being in major U.S. History ourselves?
Angry protesters marching the Las Vegas Strip in their own New York style Occupy Wall Street movement
Here are some great photos offered up by a Las Vegas blogger going by the name of Wolynski, a hip photographer friend of mine who I found, from my many years of following/reading the super blogger, Dr. Pauly.
She has another web site called VegasImages which offers up pictures all over the Las Vegas Valley. I thank her for not only donating the images to this site, but also for being the FIRST American to do so. (There should be an award, but we are not corporate sponsored here and well, we can’t afford one)
Uptown and Downtown Occupy Wall Street movements are happening all around the Las Vegas Valley, like this one on Fremont Street.
Thanks Miss Wolynski for sharing the stories of OWS Las Vegas with us, keep the Occupy Wall Street Vegas and others coming, and thanks for the tip on “Flipchip.”
Big Daddy knows Las Vegas well, having been to the city over 50 times.

Should marijuana be legalized, taxed, and used to stimulate jobs?
Does OWS Support Ron Paul?
Should Death Row Inmates be Required to Re-Build America’s Infrastructure?
Should corporations, under any circumstances, ever be allowed to contribute money to political campaigns?
